Optional analytics are used to understand website performance and marketing effectiveness.

4. Legal bases for EEA/UK visitors

Where applicable, we process RFQ information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and/or for legitimate business interests in responding to B2B enquiries. Optional analytics are based on consent and remain disabled until you choose “Allow analytics.”

5. Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website and CRM, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, HubSpot for the RFQ form/CRM, and Google Analytics for optional website analytics. These providers may process information according to their own contractual and privacy safeguards.

6. International processing

Our website and service providers may process data in more than one country. Where cross-border transfers are subject to privacy law, appropriate transfer mechanisms are used by the relevant service provider.

You can reject optional analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To make a privacy request, email contact@stagfieldsports.com.

9. Business data and children

The site is intended for business-to-business enquiries and is not directed to children. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the RFQ form.
